Format 
Online, remote learning through the Thinkific platform. Mix of learning through Instructor led slides, Q&A’s from industry leaders & downloadable resources. A Student Success Member will be available to answer questions from Students left in Thinkific.

Bootcamp FAQ

This Bootcamp is tailored for business owners and employees who are new to CRM systems. It focuses on introducing participants to the importance of digital transformation through CRM.

The Bootcamp will teach you about the value of CRM systems and how you can leverage their technology to improve your customer service and streamline your operations.

You will graduate with an understanding of:

  • CRM’s & Modern Sales Pipelines
  • Implementing & Using a CRM System
  • Measuring & Tracking Performance
  • Advanced CRM Topics

One applicant per business (owner or employee) is eligible to enter the program, and must meet the General Conditions that The Business:

  • Is currently operating (at least 3 months)
  • Is registered within BC and paying Provincial taxes in BC
  • Employs less than 500 individuals
  • The Business’ sole or primary operations are located in BC

We will ask business applicants to provide the following:

  • Business and Owners contact information
  • One of the following:
    • BC Business registration number (Orgbook Search); or
    • A government document that confirms the business (i.e. incorporation or registration documents, CRA business number); or
    • (Indigenous businesses only) Proof of business registration with a Band Council
  • Information about the Business’ current CRM knowledge and implementation

Program Schedule 
From the date the advisor is assigned, participants need to be available for ~4-5 hours for 10 business days to meet with the Advisor. A written recommendation will be provided to the business within 15 business days.

Advisor FAQ

The Advisor is designed for businesses who are familiar with CRM systems but are encountering difficulties due to a lack of experience or specific skills.

The Advisor stream offers personalized advisory services to help identify the CRM software best suited to the business’ size, type, and needs, or receive training on optimizing existing CRM systems.

Once approved, you’ll share detailed information about your business and current CRM system with us. An Advisor will carefully review your input and schedule a meeting to explore your needs and goals.

Based on the information gathered, the Advisor will craft a tailored, written recommendation for the CRM solution best suited to your business. After reviewing the recommendations, you’ll have the chance to meet with the Advisor again to address any questions or seek further clarification.

One applicant per business (owner or employee) is eligible to enter the program, and must meet the following general conditions: 

The business:

  • Has a minimum of $30,000 revenue in the last 12 months
  • Is registered in BC and paying provincial taxes in BC
  • Employs less than 500 individuals
  • The business’ sole of primary operations are located in BC  

We will ask business applicants to provide the following:

  • Business and Owners contact information
  • One of the following:
    • BC Business registration number (Orgbook Search); or
    • A government document that confirms the business (i.e. incorporation or registration documents, CRA business number); or
    • (Indigenous businesses only) Proof of business registration with a Band Council
  • Information about the Business’ current CRM knowledge and implementation
  • Stream 2 only – Attestation of annual gross revenues exceeding $30,000 in the last 12 months of operations or since incorporation/registration (for businesses that have been in operation for under a year)
