Human Resources Lead

During maternity leave coverage, you'll be the HR operational backbone, working closely with our COO. You'll manage BambooHR, benefits administration, recruitment, onboarding, employee support, and employment documentation. You'll make sound judgment calls on routine HR matters and know when to escalate complex issues. You'll keep systems current, anticipate what needs attention, coordinate moving parts, and bring issues to the COO with clear context when they need input. It's operations-focused, detail-oriented work that requires responsiveness, accuracy, and good judgment.
