He is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of PharmaServ, an AI platform that helps biopharmaceutical teams identify and engage high-value healthcare professionals by translating real-world prescribing data into clear, actionable insights.

What was happening in your business when you realized APEX was the right next step for you?

At that stage, our business was ready to expand beyond Canada and tap into international markets. We needed a broader reach and guidance to connect with the right partners and clients. That’s when we realized APEX was the right step because their trusted connections across continents—including Europe, the US, and India—could help us strengthen our presence, build credibility, and pursue new pharmaceutical and life sciences opportunities as part of our global expansion goals.

What has been the biggest shift in how you think about expanding into new markets since working with the team?

Working with APEX has opened our eyes to new market opportunities and helped us rethink how we approach customers. It allowed us to refine our onboarding process and identify how to leverage partnerships or consultants to reach new clients more effectively. We also adjusted our early customer profiles, clarifying who our ideal target customers are and focusing less on leads that aren’t a fit.

Additionally, we’ve gained insight into existing networks and organizations we can tap into for growth, rather than relying solely on our own connections. Finally, APEX introduced us to funding and financing opportunities that make expanding our services more feasible.

How has APEX changed your trajectory over the next 1–2 years?

Our overall trajectory hasn’t changed dramatically, but it has been strengthened. We’ve been able to engage with businesses across North America and the US, and while our ultimate goals are still ahead, the momentum is building. By leveraging APEX resources, we’re seeing opportunities develop at an accelerated rate and steadily forming partnerships across different countries, which positions us for meaningful, long-term growth.
